More than 20 years, I reversed crippling arthritis through a whole food, plant-based lifestyle. This experience ignited my passion for healthy living, for sharing my knowledge so you too can heal while you eat nutritiously and deliciously.
I understand the challenges (and triumphs!) of raising healthy eaters. As a mother of three, I have mastered recipes that children love.
A former café owner of Café by Tao, and a graduate of the FRN Plant-Based Coaching Certificate (PBCC), I now share my skills through coaching and teaching plant-based cuisine. For me, this lifestyle is more than a diet—it’s a path to healing, joy, and a healthier planet for all.
