    Sprouted means the lentils, quinoa, chickpeas have been soaked for 24hrs, rinsed, sprouted and dehydrated before being cooked  This process breaks down the phytic acid and other anti-nutrients to make them more digestible and nutrients become bioavailable.

    Black Beluga Lentils are packed with B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, and potassium, a great source of iron and are made up of more then 25% protein.
    Quinoa is high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, an excellent source of protein and naturally gluten-free.
