Quiche Sprouted Quinoa Crust 6 pces (cooked)


This is a cooked meal.  Once thawed, keeps for 5 days in your refrigerator.  Warm up keeping the quiche slice on the parchemin paper at 450 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

We sprout our quinoa and our chickpeas.  The process takes 2 days, 3 days for the chickpea flour, which makes the nutrients bio-available to our body.  We rinse, soak overnight , rinse again , sprout chickpea for 24 hours and dehydrate for 24 hours. You’ll also find that it facilitates our digestion.
