New!  Jar is a larger size.  There is a jar shortage and we can’t get the smaller size.

We activate our walnuts and sprout our almonds.  The process takes 2 days, 3 days for almonds, which makes the nutrients bio-available to our body.  We rinse, soak overnight (24 hours for almonds) , rinse again , dehydrate for 24 hours and store them in our cooler. You’ll also find that it facilitates our digestion.
