Butter Maple 300g

This maple butter is a well known delicacy from my island where I grew up.  Spread some on a croissant or a baguette and you’ll see what I mean.  Make sure to leak the knife 🙂

A perfected recipe passed on from generation to generation in one of my cousin’s family on Île d’Orléans.  Rich and creamy, a treat to savor, a gift to remember.
