Jars are filled up almost to the top leaving as little air space as possible to reduce oxidation. Oxidation affects the taste of the juice in an unpleasant way to say the least. Once open, we recommend drinking the juice in a short period of time.
❄️Keep refrigerated up to 5 days. Inside the fridge might be colder than the fridge door.
Monitor the temperature, ideally to be between 2 and 4 Celsius, no higher then 4 Celsius.
Shake gnetly before serving.
