Mamie’s Crackers Sprouted 120g


Named after my wonderful mother, who loved to be called Mamie, instead of grand-mother, by all children she looked after back in her days.  She was helping me out one day and changed the recipe formula.  My crackers turned out even tastier!

We sprout our buckwheat.  The process takes 2 days which makes the nutrients bio-available to our body.  We rinse, soak 2 hours , rinse again , sprout for 12 hours, dehydrate for 24 hours and store them in our cooler. You’ll also find that it facilitates our digestion.
