We sprout our buckwheat. The process takes 3 days which makes the nutrients bio-available to our body. We rinse, soak 1-2 hours , rinse again , sprout 24 hours, dehydrate for 24 hours. You’ll also find that it facilitates our digestion. Buckwheat is a pseudo-grain and is gluten free.
Making Sprouted Buckwheat Flour is easy simply pour the dehydrated sprouted buckwheat in your blender, around 2 cups, and blend. This process will vary depending on type of blender, experiment to find what works best. To bring it back to its fresh state or to eat it as a cereal, simply pour into a bowl and cover with water for 4 – 6 hours or overnight for next day breakfast. Et voilà!
