Hummus Cumin Paprika Sprouted


Sprouted means they have been soaked for 24hrs, rinsed, sprouted, dehydrated before being cooked. This process breaks down the phytic acid and other anti-nutrients to make them more digestible and nutrients become bioavailable.

Sprouted chickpeas are rich dietary fiber and resistant starch, both of which will prolong the sensation of fullness after a meal. Dietary fiber keeps your digestive tract healthy, promotes heart health and helps prevent constipation.
